Employees are the greatest asset of Orthimo. We continuously support their professional development, improvement of technical knowledge and skills. Corruption, bribery and unfair competition disrupt any market and represent an obstacle to economic, social and democratic development. Orthimo does not tolerate any of these activities.

• We shall not, directly or indirectly, offer or provide any payment or other compensation to any persons or entities in order to induce such person or entity to act contrary to prescribed duties, in order to obtain, maintain or control a business opportunity or to secure any other improper advantage. 
• We shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or accept any improper payment or other remuneration that would be provided with the purpose of causing us to act in conflict with the agreed obligations.  
• We make every effort to ensure that our suppliers, subcontractors, representatives and other partners abide by the principles set in our Values and Ethics Statement. 
• We faithfully record all financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, relevant rules and methodologies of the Orthimo group. 
• Our IT procedures include controls and safety features that provide an adequate level of data protection to our customers.
