For fracture cases, Orthimo offers bipolar and unipolar heads. Each are available in CoCrMo and CrNi. The bipolar cups come in 40 mm to 60 mm external diameters.

Cup
- Press Fit: from sizes 40 mm – 70 mm external diameter. Available with or without a screw hole.
- TDT Cup: offered in two versions based on the external coating (hydroxyapatite HA coating and TI plasma spray).
- Cemented cup: offered with two types: UHMWPE and highly cross-linked polyethylene
Polyethylene Inlay
- Highly cross-linked polyethylene inlay (XLPE) embedded with Vitamin E as well as a standard UHMWPE
- PE Inlay available with 22, 28, 32, 36, and 40 mm diameters
- Available in standard-flat and hooded
Stems
- Orthimo CRL stem: press-fit and cemented. Both can be implemented with the same set of instruments for surgeons to change intraoperatively
- Press-fit step: offered in standard (11 sizes) and lateral (10 sizes)
- XTRA stem is used with cement. Available in three offsets and 11 sizes total.
